Forensic Psychology

Forensic psychology applies psychological principles to legal issues. Forensic psychologists assess individuals involved in the legal system, provide expert testimony, and assist with criminal investigations. They evaluate competency to stand trial, risk of reoffending, and the psychological impact of legal processes on individuals. This field combines elements of psychology, law, and criminal justice to address various aspects of the legal system.
