Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness


Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness provide a space to correctly align your body, lengthening and toning muscles that support long-term health. When combined with breathing, the body can finally relax and release stress. Mindfulness meditation encourages practitioners to pay attention to their thoughts as they pass through their minds. The goal is not to become involved with or judge the thoughts, but simply to be aware of each mental note as it arises.
