Track 1: Psychology

Psychology is that the study of mind and behaviour. It encompasses the biological influences, social pressures, and environmental factors that affect how people think act, and feel. Gaining a richer and deeper understanding of psychology can help people achieve insights into their actions also as a far better understanding of people. Psychology may be a broad and diverse field that encompasses the study of human thought, behaviour, development, personality, emotion, motivation, and more. As a result, some different subfields and speciality areas have emerged.

Track 2: Psychiatry

Psychiatry is an area of drugs involving the study, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological state disorders. a person's psychological state is influenced by a mixture of things that are specific to an individual also associated with interactions with society, community, and family. There are several components to mental well-being including healthy self-esteem, communication skills, and therefore the development of resilience.

Track 3: Psychological problems associated with COVID-19

COVID-19 is anxiety-provoking for patients, non-patients, carers, and healthcare professionals thanks to its infective potential, the uncertainty of manifestations and prognosis, restrictions imposed by the government. resulting in dysfunction in social, occupational, psychological, familial, economic, and other domains. The anxiety is compounded by rumors, flooding of data within the media and internet, changes in lifestyle and routine, economic instability, discrimination, stigma, feeling of alienation, and guilt. The last three factors are faced by patients and their relatives.

Track 4: The Psychological and Social Impact of Covid-19

The recent Covid-19 pandemic has had significant psychological and social effects on the population. Research has highlighted the impact on the psychological well-being of the foremost exposed groups, including children, college students, and doctors, who are more likely to develop post-traumatic, stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and other symptoms of distress. The social distance and therefore the security measures have affected the connection among people and their perception of empathy toward others.

Track 5: Mental Health and Wellness

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we expect, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. a psychological state is vital at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Over the course of your life, if you experience psychological state problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior might be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:

• Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
• Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
• Family history of mental health problems

Track 6: Psychological disorders

Psychological disorders, also mentioned as mental disorders, are abnormalities of the mind that end in persistent behaviour patterns which will seriously affect your day-to-day function and life. many various psychological disorders are identified and classified, including eating disorders, like anorexia nervosa; mood disorders, like depression; personality disorders, like antisocial personality disorder; psychotic disorders, like schizophrenia; sexual disorders, like sexual dysfunction; et al. . Multiple psychological disorders may exist in one person.

Track 7: Health Psychology

Health psychology may be a speciality area that focuses on how biology, psychology, behaviour, and social factors influence health and illness. Other terms including medical psychology and behavioural medicine are sometimes used interchangeably with the term health psychology. Health and illness are influenced by a good sort of factors. While contagious and hereditary illness is common, many behavioural and psychological factors can impact overall physical well-being and various medical conditions.

Track 8: Neuropsychiatry

Neuropsychiatry, an area of science and medicine focused on the integrated study of psychiatric and neurological conditions and the treatment of people with neurologically-based disorders. In science, neuropsychiatry supports the sector of neuroscience and is used to better understand the neurological underpinnings of psychiatric and neurologic disorders and to look at the treatment and care of persons with neurological conditions, particularly people who affect behaviour.

Track 9: Clinical Psychology

Clinical psychology is that the psychological speciality that gives continuing and comprehensive mental and behavioral health look after individuals and families; consultation to agencies and communities; training, education, and supervision; and research-based practice. it's a speciality in width — one that's broadly inclusive of severe psychopathology — and marked by comprehensiveness and integration of knowledge and skill from a broad array of disciplines within and out of doors of psychology proper. The scope of clinical psychology encompasses all ages, multiple diversities, and varied systems.

Track 10: Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing

Psychiatric psychological state nursing is an area of focus within nursing. Psychiatric mental health registered nurses work with individuals, families, groups, and communities, assessing their mental health needs. The PMH nurse develops a nursing diagnosis and plan of care, implements the nursing process, and evaluates it for effectiveness. Psychiatric mental health Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (PMH-APRNs) offers medical care services to the psychiatric-mental health population.

Track 11: Addiction, Rehabilitation & Psychotherapy

Addiction may be a complex disease that will affect many areas of a person’s life. In 2017, it had been estimated that 20.7 million Americans needed treatment for substance use disorders; however, only 2.5 million received specialized substance use treatment. Addiction requires individualized treatments that address the symptoms and underlying causes of the disease, also because of the consequences that substance use has on different areas of a person’s life. This includes their ability to socialize, their physical and mental health, and consequences at work, home, school, or with the law. There are many sorts of therapy available to effectively treat addiction.

Track 12: Mindfulness, Yoga & Meditation

A relatively new sort of yoga called Mindful Yoga, applies traditional Buddhist mindfulness teachings to the physical practice of yoga, offering even deeper insights into the mind and a very life-changing approach to your practice. Track 14: Neurology, Neurological Disorders & Treatments

Neurological disorders are doubtless among the foremost frightening illnesses that human beings face. other forms of dysfunction, like cancer or viruses, are a minimum of easily comprehended, if not so easily addressed. A neuroscientist can specialize in a wide range of fields, from neuroanatomy to neuropsychology. Research during this field can improve our understanding of the brain and therefore the body, how they work, and therefore the health issues that affect them.

Oral presentation: Oral Presentations may include the topics from researches, theoretical, professional or private practices in a concise manner. Individuals with personal experience are also welcome to present personal experiences or narratives which help others in everyday life.

Speakers with a 30-minute slot should plan to speak for 20-25 minutes, and Keynote speakers should plan to speak for 40-45 minutes, with the remaining time to be used for questions and discussion by the Session Chair

Workshop: For workshop presenters also, the topic of the talk will be the same as an Oral presentation with more specialized techniques and detailed demonstration. The generalized time duration for workshop presentation is about 45-50 minutes. Interested participants can join with their respective teams and present the workshop with their research coordinators with a special group waiver on registration.

Poster presentation: Student Poster Competition will be organized at the Psychologists Meet 2022 conference is to encourage students and recent graduates to present their original research. Presenters will be given about 5-7 minutes to present the poster including questions and answers. Judges may ask questions during the evaluation of the presentation. This is an opportunity for young scientists to learn about the recent findings of their peers to increase their capacity as multidisciplinary researchers. Poster displays will be in hard copy format of 1x1 M long.

Webinar: Webinar presentation is designed for those interested attendees who cannot join in person due to schedule conflict or other obligations. In this option the presenter may record the presentation and their presentation will be presented in the Webinar presentation session.

E-Poster: e-Poster is also similar to the webinar presentation. In this session, their presentation will be published in the form of poster in the conference website and the presenter abstract will be published in the conference souvenir and journal with DOI

How to submit an abstract/ article?

Submissions of abstracts are welcome in all topics related to Psychologists Meet 2022. Please see below for submission guidelines.

The entire accepted abstracts for the registered participants will be published in the Open Access conference supporting journal and conference souvenir.

1. Abstracts can be submitted through the online link ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
2. Abstracts must be submitted in English and should be within 250-300 words along with a biography of the presenter of 60-70 words
3. Submissions are welcome in all topics related to Psychology & Psychiatry.
4. Presenting author shall provide the following details: Full name of the presenter, Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, country, Phone number & E-mail address and photograph
5. For Co-authors following details are required: Full names and affiliation details like department, institute/ organization name, country shall be included
6. All abstracts will be reviewed by a review panel approved by the Psychologists Meet 2022 Conference Review Committee. The Committee’s decision is final.
7. All presenters of accepted abstracts will be required to register and pay for attendance at the Conference.

Please note your affiliation and abstract title in both the final program and journal will appear exactly as you submit it so please follow the guidelines provided as to the format required and the letter of acceptance does not imply any travel grant or any bursaries.

Next steps

Email confirmation for the submitted abstract will be sent upon successful acceptance of the abstract. If the abstract is accepted, presenters require to confirm the presenter/s and pay the applicable registration fee/s. Failure to do so may result in your paper being excluded from the Psychologists Meet 2022 conference program
